announcing and logging changes
This policy defines a time schedule for announcing and logging changes to all scheduled systems, networks, important application software, and system-defined support software across the participating centers. Change announcements that apply to the default, floor version, or system accessible to the users are summarized in the table below.
All centers should use the CCAC News And Maintenance Tool (NAMT) to submit their announcements. All change announcements will remain on the CCAC Web site for a period of one year. After this time, announcements will be archived in the HPCMP's Storage Lifecycle Management system until they are no longer required by the Program.
